St. Xaviers Rohini walked past into the chambers of history on 30th July, 2011 to commemorate the ideals, the beliefs and the principles of its patron saint , a spiritual writer, the founder & the first superior general of the company of Jesus-St Ignatius of Loyola on the occasion of Loyola feast.
The students of class XII duly acknowledged the Ignatius goals of service & sanctity by felicitating the Jesuit fathers.
The significance of the day was further exemplified by a skit portraying the different facets of the life of Inigo and illuminating message by Fr. Anthony Andrade,S.J.
The celebrations concluded by giving standing ovation to the saint of the century and the proud Xaverians pledge to the Ignatius ideals, Ignatius obedience and Ignatius energy by singing the Ignatius march in unison.
It was truly a befitting tribute to the preacher, a healer, a mystic and an educator.
